Beautiful homes, professional and helpful staff and amazing amenities including weekly fitness classes!
We loved our time there. The office staff is professional and courteous, the grounds are well maintained. The apartments are spacious and nice. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, it was addressed within 24 hours. The area is well lit. They are very pet friendly. It was sad to leave, but we decided to buy a house, or else we would still be there.
Belle Meade has been such a wonderful place to live ever since we moved in 2016. The amenities have no comparison and the staff has always worked hard to not only mantain but improve the community. They are always planning events such as food trucks, fitness classes, bbq parties etc. We even have a station to wrap our presents! I'm currently on a waiting list for a 1st floor, 2 bedroom apartment but I can tell you I am very impressed with this community and the professionalism of the leasing staff, in particular, Jasmine Reeves. I'm looking forward to a day in the not too distant future when a unit meeting my needs becomes available. I'm shooting for August, September or October but hopefully no later than November.
I lived at Belle Meade for about 2.5 years and from the move in process to moving out, the office staff were amazing. The amenities are great and the floor plans are large and really functional. The prentice floor plan that I had honestly felt more like a townhome than an apartment - I cook a lot so I really appreciated the large kitchen. I want to thank my neighbors in building 1134. Wade and Brandy I think is the correct name.. They were grilling fish yesterday and asked my husband if he wanted some. They didn’t know this but my husband is a Hospice patient and has not eaten in 2 weeks. He ate the first piece I gave him and asked for more! Thank you two so much! I came home one day to see my dishwasher missing and thought I was robbed. Maintenance said they were replacing it, however, they never gave notice of entering our apartment, and clear violation of the lease, and there was no reason to replace it. The office staff never responded to my inquiry about why this was done. I would avoid this place at all costs
