I booked an appointment with Samantha for a lash extension service. Two days before my appointment date, Samantha contacted me and confirmed my appointment ( which was quite nice). She also requested to move my appointment time half an hour earlier, I agreed. The next day (one day before my appointment date), they emailed me another new appointment time on the same date without notifying me. I was fine with it and went along with the new appointment time. I love this salon! Cute, boutique-like and super friendly. Samantha has been doing my lashes for over a year now and I would not even think about going elsewhere. Prior to being a client, my lashes had seen better days but Samantha brought them back to life and always keeps them healthy! She’s been more than flexible and accommodating of my schedule for fills! Can’t wait to start trying the other services now offered here!
