poor customer service I've been here twice in the last two months, both times I was not greeted at the door and my stylist was late. Both times, I felt like the stylist wasn't listening to what I wanted done with my hair. The first time the outcome wasn't bad but wasn't exactly what I wanted but the second time it was absolutely awful, not at all what I requested, and the woman refused to fix it. I will never go back.

Stacey I recently had my hair "undone" at this salon. I don't get to splurge often so it's important, as it would be under any circumstance, that the stylist listen and respect what you ask of them before anything is done and if unclear they should let you know and ask to be sure. I am 49 and have had long hair for a long time, and asked that she only cut one to two inches blunt across and the triangle on top...When she turned the chair around I was very upset because she cut several inches off and had layered into my sides.... read more

Belle Cheveux I have been a customer for almost ten years. I have always been very pleased with the service and the results. I think they are reasonably priced for the area.

Belle Cheveux Tucked away in a small corner of Cleburne is this shop. They offer many specialities, but if you just need a trim you can get that too. Many of the operators have very flexable hours and that is nice for customers who work.

Elegant Decor With Beautifully Styled Haircuts I must admit, I've never even heard of Belle Cheveux. After seeing it for the first time, I can see why. Belle Cheveux is in a little secluded spot that can't be seen from Henderson Street. Their decor and setting is tastefully done and unlike anything I've ever seen before. It has a relaxing atmosphere and gives you a calming effect once you enter the little boutique. Their staff are very professional, yet down to earth. The only negative I can see is their prices. Disappointed! This is a very nice salon with friendly stylists, but I was a bit disappointed in the amount of time I had to wait to get my hair done. They were too busy talking on the phone to take care of their clients.
