Great place if you hate basic decency.
Not the best, but definitely not the worst. Decent neighborhood, but occasional domestic disturbances in adjacent complexes. The few neighbors I've talked to seem nice, and the landlord's pretty cool. My unit doesn't have any problems that I know of.

No gates here, and management is now letting the homeless camp in the courtyard. Stay away from here and all MHAOK properties.
