Hit a bit of a snafu with my first cut and the subsequent attitude with staff. Beth, the salon owner was commendably quick to call me personally to correct the situation. I have to say, she really was able to turn lemons into lemonade and now I have an impossibly cute cut that is easy to style. And she is a pleasure to deal with.
Great service and awesome staff. Oh and bonus, hair and toes look great plus they got me in on short notice! Thanks Tiffany!
