Be aware that there are unusually noisy playgrounds next to it. Most of the playgrounds are hidden by the walls so you can't see them well. Bright Horizons at the Summit runs it. I work nearby so thought about moving to BellCentre, but I was taken aback by the noise. I asked my colleagues who live there to confirm. They had either already left or plan to leave because of this. Disappointed with Management and Rent Practices I stayed at BellCentre Apartments for a year and initially had a good experience — the place is nice and maintenance was fine. But my impression completely changed when it came time to renew the lease. The management increased the rent by around 10% and refused to negotiate or even discuss any flexibility, citing “market rates.” Ironically, right after we moved out, they dropped the base rent below what we were paying. I lived here for two years. The apartment is clean, quiet, and convenient. Although the leasing office works remotely, they response to your request/ticket in a timely manner. The move-out fees (attached) are also clear and reasonable.
