Don't rent here, regardless of the price they will over charge you like crazy when moving out. They get a construction crew to do clean up so they end up just resurfacing things and repainting everything instead of basic cleaning. Expect like 3-4k worth of charges after you move out even if you leave it in perfect condition. Also, I didn't even get the apartment I wanted. The maintenance team in our building is extremely prompt and reliable in resolving the issues and special shoutout to Juan who is always courteous, professional and quick to resolve any concerns we have! Really appreciate the dedication and responsiveness of the whole team
I’ve been living at Bellcentre for almost four years now, and it’s honestly been a good experience overall. Jennie and the team are always responsive and make sure everything runs smoothly. The property is well-kept, issues are attended to promptly and the community is really friendly. I definitely recommend Bellcentre to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
