Kagen Richardson, our apartment management representative, is always extremely helpful whenever we face any issues in the apartment. We have raised numerous maintenance requests, and he consistently ensures that each one is addressed and resolved promptly. Kudos to Kagen for his continued support and dedication! 👏 Most recent he fixed the water tap in our kitchen.
We had to lease our apartment sight unseen, and before moving in we realized it wasn’t the right fit for us. The BellCentre team was understanding and helpful throughout the process. They made it easy for us to view other available apartments and smoothly transition to a unit that worked much better. Huge thank you to Jessica and Richard for being so kind, flexible, and responsive. They truly made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and supported.
