Offered me the car I wanted at the price I wanted but provided HORRIBLE customer service. the sales manager tried to employ a shady sales tactic of "This offer only lasts today and I'll need a deposit over the phone straight away otherwise no deal" After explaining I was unable to make the decision today I was ignored by the Sales person I was in contact with. Been calling for over an hr and no one answers the phone
I purchased a vehicle from Bellbowrie Motors in late 2023 and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. The vehicle was sold to me with the assurance that it included a full service logbook. Despite repeated follow-ups, I was only provided with printed records—not the original logbook—which has made verifying the vehicle's service history and resale value much more difficult.
