Nail fell off Wednesday I came Sunday. I needed one nail fixed and they tell me it’s a 30 minute wait. I felt already inconvenienced having to come back, then wait that long for a fixture that takes 15 minutes.
I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility of the woman doing my manicure, Vicki I believe. I explain I had a frozen shoulder and it was painful for me to cross my body. She was unwilling to move to the other side to work on that hand. The job was hurried and sloppy. And to top it off, they up charged $30 when I had to leave my credit card with my daughter.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Really unfortunate experience. I paid 80 for a a “fill/design” not including tip. They were not able to do the design, & still charged me for design. This is how I left the salon. Gel residue, poorly shaped, rushed and different sizes. Very unfortunate experience.
These Lady's that work here are very sweet and accommodating. Their work is excellent. The shop is clean and they always make me feel welcome. Always make sure to schedule an appointment for nail art as I've seen this place extremely busy on a week day afternoon.
I had my nails done on Saturday, and within a few days they already look like they’re coming off. I expected them to last much longer
