We do landscaping in that place.
Well kept lawn and entrance. Very clean environment, workers are sociable and respond to the needs of the Tennants. Pool is well-kept, spacious apartment and reasonable rent. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking living accommodations.
Was always being watched. The so call free water wasn't free. The owner said we owed $400 worth of water and yet we couldn't see a water bill. We left in a few short months of being there. Nice place, but not worth the issues.
