RecommendedThe service at this place was phenomenal!! Apparently at one time, they had a terrible staff. They cleaned house and hired all new people. The food was to die for. Their signature dish, Chile En Nogada, is undoubtedly the very best Mexican dish I have ever eaten. I had table side guacamole done by a new hire named Andrew. Came in and sat at the bar on a business trip. The owner recommended a Duck dish that was one of the specials. I was reluctant since I hadn’t had duck, but was pleasantly surprised how good it was. She brought me the Elotes and served it off the cob. Best elotes I’ve eaten. Finally, for Dessert she brought me some coconut flan. Super rich and not “eggy” like most flan I’ve tasted. Overall I’m happy I came in and can’t wait to go back. Thanks again for the hospitality!

We did not get a chance to taste out meal since there was a fight in the kitchen including verbal and physical violence. Looked like a nice place but we lost our appetite.

simply outstanding in everyday. it is my favorite place to eat when in Taos. Ask for Monica, the best server in Taos and maybe everywhere. we love her
Stumbled across Bella’s as we passed through Taos & what a treat! The food was outstanding. The garden dining was comfortable. We loved the table side guacamole and the sangria! Dining on the finer side, even for lunch
