I’m so glad this place is shut down benia is a self centered racist women. Could not believe how she’s treats the locals from the Pueblo. I witnessed her make a bet on how fast two elderly Pueblo men would get drunk. My food was also cold and she copped an attitude and told me I could leave if I didn’t like it. Looked like kids were working the bar. Her child was running around the whole restaurant bugging the customers and she didn’t seem to care. Oh wow!! This will definitely be our go to restaurant when visiting Taos. Amazing food and our waiter, Scott, was so attentive and eager to please. I had the rellanos and they were the best I’ve ever had!! And the Sopapillas are out of this world! The owner told me they use her Grandmothers recipe for red Chile. I can’t wait to go back and try it. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!
The food and general service was great!!! 5 stars!!! Our server Scott was superb...best service ever!!! Definitely stop in and patronize this treasure of Taos.

We had dinner there tonight 10/12/19 and they were busy and extremely short staffed, only 2 workers to handle waiting, hosting, bussing and bar. It happens. Our waiter, I'm sorry I didn't get his name, stayed polite, pleasant and worked his butt off keeping up. The other waiter a young woman had a smile and pleasant attitude the whole time we were there. Food was excellent. We will definitely be back.
