Kirk made our first time home purchase easy and stress-free. Even while out of the country on vacation, Kirk went out of his way to answer any questions we had and made our experience better than we could ever hoped for. A true professional, Kirk walked us through the buying process and truly looked out for our best interest when viewing properties. We will absolutely be using Bellanor realty again for our next home purchase.

Kirk is a pleasure to work with. He’s not a high-pressure salesman that shows you houses you don’t really want to try to make a buck. He lets you view at your own pace and make your own decisions, with helpful input where wanted. We haven’t found the right property yet, but I’m sure we will, and Kirk will be the one we trust to help us.

Prior to finding Kirk, we worked with 2 other realtors that just weren’t the right fit for us. We didn’t feel that they were willing to put in the work to helping us find our dream home that was within our budget and didn’t offer flexibility to work around our work schedules.
