Love our vehicle purchased from here! Every one in sales was exceptional and very easy to work with! Now a year later the truck needed body work from an accident and it has been a nightmare. We were told Bellamy was an authorized center for our repairs and they would deal with the insurance company directly which has been a big lie. My husband and I have had to play middle man between Laura and State Farm which has put a lot on unnecessary stress on us. We have always gone here for our GMC Sierra and Chevy traverse cleanings. I love when the same guy comes right to me with my checkout sheet without having to call my name. That means he pays attention. And when I ask for the "new car smell" spray he tells me he has already taken care of it bc he knows I always ask. Love this place and the fantastic job they do with our cars :)
I get Great service they have good people working for them like Frank Key he is one honest man Mr.Strickland is a good honest man my Daughter got a car from him when she was16 years old and it was as is two days later it broke down and Mr.Strickland had it repaired for nothing she is now 34 years old so I can truly say I've purchased lots of cars from Bellamy and they treat people fair.
They do great work. Always friendly and helpful people.
HORRIBLE customer service! My Mom dropped her car off and was told there would be a 10 day turn around time. It took over a month and when it as fixed the BRAND NEW axial was leaking. On top of it they made a major issue when asked them to please cover the interior with plastic because a previous service repair done elsewhere resulted in grease all over the seats and dash. The were condescending and sarcastic. I would even send someone I DON'T like there!
