Sent a commercial credit app back with there parts driver. 3 weeks later, they tell me its not been verified yet. The driver calls, and is told it is on the accountants desk, and she will get to it. Next day, I receive a call, that they have no credit app, and do not know what has happened to it. I was told, and I quote..."Well, it may have been shredded, or its just in the pile on her desk. I have had my truck for less than 2500 miles and has been in service 3 times now for engine issues. Now they tell me that it needs new pistons and rings. I can no longer trust this truck to be reliable, and no one pays these prices for vehicles today and not expect to have a dependable vehicle. I have tried to get them to just swap me for another truck and they will not stand by their product at all. Car wash here is terrible. I stopped using them 2 years ago after they scratch my brand new black car. I've got a new car now and my usual guy couldn't get to it quick enough so I gave y'all another shot. Now I'm headed home to wash all the spots you missed. Talked to the car wash manager and all I got was excuses. He gave me a free wash but unless they wash lawn mowers I wouldn't use them again.
