Where do I begin? Bellamar. Lived here for 3 years. Security intimidates people. They’ve senselessly raised the HOA to astronomical amounts; what it gets you is a rinky dink gym for geezers, a piss warm pool, and a gate that breaks every other week. My brother visited on vacation and security hounded him. They are literal nazis about parking passes and office is never even available to supply them; they’ll gladly put sticky glue all over your car window that never comes off though. The condo is very peaceful and the neighbors are friendly and kind always. The office always answers the phone and always try to help you. The security guys are professional. We are very happy here 🥰🥰
Disappointed with the lack of signage and visitor service I recently visited the condominium and had a very unpleasant experience as soon as I parked. Even though I was a visitor, I parked my car in reverse in a parking space, and to my surprise, I was informed that people were complaining and even considering towing the vehicle. The issue is that there are no visible signs or clear instructions indicating that this is not allowed, which causes confusion for those unfamiliar with the rules.
