I brought my Red tail boa here for a respiratory infection & it was a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. The dr was good with my snake. She answered all my questions & explained everything she was doing. They gave me very specific & easy to follow instructions on giving my snake injections & pre filled all the syringes to make it easy for me. Billing was convenient with the follow up included at a very reasonable price. My baby is starting to feel better already, will be using them in the future... read more

Amazing staff. Minimal wait times. I brought my chihuahua here on his last day. The room was ready as soon as we got here. They were so respectful and gave us all the time to collect ourselves. My other baby got surgery twice here and once again, phenomenal work from all the staff. They are always so friendly and my dog loves coming here. The office is cleaner than any other vet I've visited (I've been to many). They also have care credit option which is so helpful! Good customer service. I just met the new Dr. and she was very nice as is Dr Young.
I used to recommend this place to others but not anymore. Everytime I try to take my pets in for a specific problem they try to tack on all these extra tests and charges that are completely unrelated to the reason I'm bringing them in. The staff is nice but I feel ripped off almost every visit. I went back to Mayfair because they will treat a specific problem and it won't break the bank. I would only recommend this vet if you have money to blow. Places like this are the reason people cannot afford to get their pets vet care.... read more
i went today with my baby Gemma ... and all the staf are really nice with her... i recomend this place 200%
I took my doggie here for the first time a few weeks ago, they were so amazing! It was far the best veterinary experience we’ve ever had. The facility was very clean and all of the staff members were very caring! They treated me and my baby with so much compassion, we will definitely be back for all of his veterinary care! :)
