Horrible experience. Customer service is severely lacking. Beware and go somewhere else.
RecommendedI recently started taking my dog to this office. So far everything has been great. Due to the pandemic they have curbside service. They keep you informed every step of the appointment. I have had 2 visits and each time my experience went smoothly. All of the people I have interacted with were pleasant. The best team out there!!!! such a friendly and caring staff!! We bring all 3 of our fur babies there, and since day one they have treated us like we were special! Whenever we bring just one dog they will always ask about the others. When we call for anything they always asked out I was feeling during my pregnancy, and now they ask about the baby! Absolutely recommend this vet to everyone!
Once again I’ve had a wonderful experience with this office and their staff. Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable... my dog Nala is comfortable with the staff because they treat her kindly and sometimes pass her some treats. (Wins her over everytime) I’ve taken Nala here since she was 8weeks old and I’ll continue to do so. Every time i make appointment, there is an Emergency, they should have another Vet onsite just for Emergencies, no discount for all your wait, i still the same amount as a regular customer, really Bad set up, changing Vet, not worth my time and money.

Hello, Mr. Ramos, I'm not sure what to make of your review. You threw a temper tantrum and left BEFORE your appointment time! You were upset that you arrived early, and we wouldn't see you before the previous appointments! You then argued that you pay the same as they do so what difference does it make. They are doing a great job of trying to adjust with the changing times right now. I have visited before but only for them to scan a stray here and there. My first real visit with them was yesterday and I greatly appreciate them being able to fit me in for an urgent appointment with my hedgehog as so many places, including my regular vet, are booked out right now.
