We had our first appointment yesterday. I must say I was impressed. The staff was very friendly and facility was spotless. Dr. Young was extremely thorough with her exam. I appreciate they all really took the time to get to know Malaysia.
Customer service here could not be better! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and patient. Dr. Young always takes time to answer my "million" questions; and my young kitten, Dolly May, loves the attention she gets from everyone! I am so glad I found this particular place :) Thank you to everyone!
Fantastic service for my 5 cats. Christa is lovely and very caring and Ashley is so friendly and loves my fur babies even though she gets covered in fur. The reception staff are all polite and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good Veterinary practice.

I/ well my beloved shih-tzu Taz had the most caring, loving and compassionate nurse name Ashly. Ashly was/is the sweetest young lady, all the staffs we came in contact with is warm and friendly, I am very apperceive. I went in to get some shots for my beloved Taz and I walk out getting to know some lovely staff individals that I feel my beloved Taz can trust and so can I. Been taking my puppy Rex their since we got him the Doctor is awsome and the staff is very professional and my puppy Rex loves it too !! Will highly recommend .
