I brought a bracelet to be repaired, but when I picked it up it was too large. After returning, I was told fine chain bracelets don’t stretch (which they often do when broken) and had to pay again. The resize was done unevenly, links only removed from one side, leaving the stones off-center. Another bracelet I had repaired at the same time also came back larger.
