High employee turnover makes appointments a hassle I've gone to this Salon four times now and for three times the stylist with whom I had made my next appointment had quit by the time I came in. What is very upsetting is that when I call to confirm my appointment they never tell me my stylist is no longer working there, instead they wait until I come in and then they tell me and nonchalantly hand me off to some stranger, who is just a junior stylist in training, for all I know! Good Bella Vita is such a great salon/spa. The stylists and technicians are so good at what they do. It feels like a spa, especially in the massage and facial rooms. Everyone is so nice there too. Would definitely recommend it!
Very nice place! Very nice place! Staff is very polite and courteous! I love that it's open 7 days a week and has early morning hours! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I had to wait for 20 minutes for my 9 am appointment! It would've been nice if they told me that the stylist was running late so that I didn't have to wonder if they forgot about me!
The reception desk The reception desk ladies were fabulous helping me in and out with my broken ankle, Lisa was great as was, I can't remember her name but she is a long time employee , please apologize for my forgetfulness!
I Enjoy I enjoy my visit every time I have an appointment at Bella Vita. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Mariel works very hard to understand what I'm looking for and to deliver that. She is very meticulous. I know I will be pleased with the results. If for some reason something isn't right they are always willing to make it right. I am never disappointed
Danielle was fantastic Danielle was fantastic as always! She was prompt, courteous, listened to my request as well as made suggestions and provided a very relaxing and enjoyable visit!
