Massage experience I went to Bella Vita in North Andover on May 29, 2009 for a massage. I have to say that it was the worst massage I have ever had. It was on a whim so I thought I would give Bella Vita a try. I get a lot of massages all over the area. I figured that since they charge $75.00 for a 50 min massage and $85.00 for a deep tissue that it would have to be pretty good. Was I wrong! It felt as if the person had never given a massage before. Very Classy! I have been going to this Salon for a few years, even before they moved into the little strip mall. It's an amazing place. Now, in their new location, it's much bigger and more modern on the inside. It's no more pricey than any other professional salon. I have been seeing Jen, and she is just wonderful with hair! She knows the up and up, is excellent with color, and is very professional. My husband loves my hair after I see her!

Many times I have been here many times for different services and always am happy! This visit was no different. Front desk girls were friendly and welcoming, facilities very clean, everyone professional, and Tina gave a great massage!
I have been I have been a long time customer at Bella Vita but this recent visit was different as I have a broken ankle. The staff was wonderful finding a rolling chair to take me from my nail, hair, and waxing appointments. Thank you Kim for coming in just for me, Maggie for making me feel human, and Rachel for trimming my brows! Today was just another reason you are the number one spa in the area!

Long Time Customer Bella Vita is an extraordinary salon! I love my stylist Jen Shugrue! They take the time to greet you and truly service you. The entore staff does a fantastic job! Jen is hip, and up to date with current styles and makes excellent recommendations. I highly recommend her and the salon.
Extra Care I have diabetes and need to take extra care of my feet. The specialist there knows how to do it right so that it does not hurt. They call it a sports pedicure, and it feels great every time I leave. The atmosphere is great, very spa like, the front desk has been excellent confirming appointments and welcoming when I arrive. I would highly recommend this spa to everyone.
