Easy to schedule, showed up on time, very professional, explained everything thoroughly and they were extremely knowledgable. Many issues throughout my 14 sprinkler zones, fixed everything quickly with a team of 7 and a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
The tech was a very nice guy but he did not listen to what I was explaining to him. I feel his main purpose was to make money and move on to next customer. I believe if he looked at water meter in beginning problem may have been solved, but you live and you learn.

Hello Isaac. When we arrived at your house there was a valve that had already been replaced by you but it was visibly leaking where the repair was done. We then properly repaired the valve and it stopped the leak. We always discuss the job and the pricing before we do anything. When you approved the work, we solved the issue. Wanted total check/repair/rearrangement of system. Discussed repairs and changes to system; $2200 worth. After completion of work, they discussed details of what was done; and...schedules of systems. Knowing I would forget, I asked for detailed invoice, including system and run times. I have yet to receive that info. Actually, I would like a refresher on details of systems and run times onsite, if possible.
Bella Vista did a great job! On time, knew what they were doing, professional, and good value for the cost. I totally recommend them!!!

Overall not impressed. They missed my initial appointment time. Had I not called (afte waiting 2 hours past appointment window) they probably would not have shown up. I lost time from work and money waiting. Then because they were behind schedule they had to schedule a 2nd visit for which I again lost time & money from work. After I paid $400 for a very simple repair, they then tried to charge me a service fee in the 2nd visit. Worker did BELIEVE me...so I had to wait while he confirmed with office.
