Very unprofessional... make an appointment your still gonna end up waiting 1-2 hours to get started and the price is always different
I made my appointment a week and a half before my birthday for on my birthday at noon. When I got there the shop was completely closed no one in there, so I called to let them know I was there and they said they were booked. I told them I already made an appointment for this day and they said they will be there in 10 mins. One of the ladies got there 16 mins late and she got started with another lady that was waiting outside as well as me. The lady who was actually doing my hair came 30 mins late.
