Lived here way too long, several different owners over the years, managers always changing or never available. Maintenance is beyond helping. Parents allow their kids to roam the property causing problems. Shooting off fireworks, smoking illegal substances and drug dealing….. heavy alcohol drinking on the property through out the parking lot. Leaving beer cans, beer bottles laying al over. Broke down cars and the list goes on…
Nadine is a very sweet manager. I had a lil stumble trying to move in and she did everything in her power to see I was approved it's very hard out here rent is getting so ridiculous and I was blessed to have an understanding manager Nadine deserves appreciation
