They are professional and do a great job testing your eyes for healthy eye care.
The staff and optometrist were excellent. The doctor (Dr. Lieu) was very professional and personable. He explained everything thoroughly and I left knowing so much more about my eye health!
Although I have gone to a different Lens Crafter location previously, Dr. Tam and the in-store employees have been kind and patient at this location! Dr. Tam made my first visit very comfortable and listened to my history along with questions I had for my eyes and health overall. Personal con comparing this location to the Westminster location, eye exam technology seems a bit downgraded but I can look past it. Clearly, the optometrist and staff could not have been better.
Mark is excellent in his craft and truly knows what he is talking about when helping you find the right script. Dr. Tran is so sweet and her energy is calming just to be around. I appreciate her intelligence and kindness in helping me find the right script as well.
