If I could give it zero stars I would.
These place is full of rude tenants Neighbors do not like to help each other There are thieves come here to steal in the middle of the night
You better not have a vehicle if you want to live here. I've personally gotten 4 parking tickets because I work late at night and they do not have enough parking spots for the amount of people they have, not even close. These Apartments are expensive for no reason.
Supposedly we have security here at these "Luxury Apartments". Came into the laundry room this morning at 6:30 & found both vending machines broken into. If we have security, it's obvious they don't do their job of locking the facility doors at 10 as the residents are informed they do, or the vandals came in right before the doors were locked or right after they were opened. My guess...no security at all. So glad we're moving! You seriously get what you pay for here!
The parking situation is horrible. If you get off work later at night good luck finding parking even remotely near your unit. Not enough laundry rooms for the lower parts. It's honestly horrible and over priced. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
