All about money and not the service – they treat customers like children--you have to leave a credit card number to even make a reservation! (this is a mani-pedi, not dinner at tony's!). I had car trouble and called to say that I might not make it. the receptionist said that I was going to be charged if I didn't show. fortunately I got a ride and got ther about 15 minutes late. Exceptional Service & Cleanliness – Wow. What a refreshing change from the typical "Spa". Indeed, this is a "Spatique".... I loved my massage, my manicure, AND my pedicure so much, I bought gift certificates for my WHOLE family. Relaxing, friendly, and CLEAN. That's all i really care about. too much pressure – Came in for a mani and pedi. My nail person was very offensive. She couldn't stop telling me how awful my feet were and how I needed to come every 2 weeks to see her. She kept trying to sell me some eyelash extension claiming that it would make me look better. Why did I pay someone over $60 to insult me? The ladies at my regular salon are very nice to me and does a better job at half the cost. I was almost in tears when I left.
cut off – I usually stop by this salon if I need a desperate quickie, this time I tried for a real service. It was horrible, I will never go here again.I walked in and it took forever for the first employee to notice that I was standing there. LOVE IT!!! – I have been going to Bella since they opened! IT IS WONDERFUL!! Athena took care of my feet all through my training for the Houston Marathon. I didn't have any of the problems that most of the runners had! She even gave me helpful hints for my feet in between pedicures!! The spa overall is wonderful! Best atmosphere and friendliest staff!! WAY TO GO BELLA :)
Fun place to relax. – I can't say much more. You just have to go there and absorb the ambience. A wonderful place to take you and your significant other (YES THEY HAVE COUPLE ROOMS!!!) to have a side by side pedicure/manicure...
Elegance at its best! – I went for a visit after some friends at work mentioned this new place. The spa is just next to the central market area and perfect for me as I like to shop often in the highland village. The ambience was peaceful and elegant. The staff was super and professional. I was especially impressed by their attention to sanitation. Overall I would think this is my permanent place for my manicures and pedicures.
