Bella Sonoma is less than okay. The walls are extremely thin and sometimes you have to remind maintenance 3-4 times to fix something. For example my dead smoke alarm batteries. It sounds like an easy enough fix but who has a ladder that tall just laying around? I didn't so I had to rely on them. I couldn't go to work because I couldn't sleep until the issue was resolved as the things chirp none stop until fixed.
