My results at Bella were great, but the staff a bit disorganized. It doesn't seem as though a normal protocol has yet been established.
Staff was friendly. Took very good care of my daughter. Made her feel comfortable, explained what was being done what while cleaning her teeth as my daughter does where braces.

As soon as you walk into the office, the receptionist, Tracy, makes you feel very welcome! Dr. Gibson was very welcoming as well with a sincere and warm smile! The office is very neat, and well decorated with very calming colors and large, plush couches, complete with decorative pillows! Everyone is very warm, professional, and treats you with a genuine interest in helping you to feel better! Dr. Gibson was awesome with my kids! My daughter needed crowns and she was amazing at explaining not just to me but also to my daugnter!!! She is 5!
