Very attentive and courteous staff. I felt like a King for the Day with all of the professional care that was afforded to me!
I was a little monster and ran all around the office. I refused to cooperate but everyone was so nice to me and very patiently worked with me. They even put my favorite movie on! My mom is very grateful to Dr. Gibson and her amazing staff.
Had a difficult time communicating with the hygienist. Felt rushed and took way too many uncomfortable X-rays. I was choking during the 30 or so X-rays and my mouth was injured during the long process. The chair was comfortable but the position they put you in strains your neck.
The folks at Bella Smiles are truly the definition of professional and customer-oriented. They are in the top tier of service for any medical facility. They are friendly, engaging, and highly competent. It is always a joy to come to *this* dentist and her office!
This was the BEST dentist visit ever, I didn't feel A thang. 😄YES!!I the dentist is not my favorite place togo. However Dr.G you are the BEST. And the office is very nice So thank you and your staff, you all are very nice and patient. Also very knowledgeable about my insurance. Thank you all so much. I was extremely happy about this visit.
My one complaint is that the dental assistant didn’t really have a personality and wasn’t very up beat. Could be a language barrier or just a bad day.
The gentle manner in which the Dentist and her staff is excellent. Not many people are willing to ease the heart of a new patients who have had horrible experiences in the past, but they are. I have moved my mom, 2 kids and myself to this family practice. As I continue to have services done, I will recommend anyone I see. They are INCREDIBLE and KIND! I love them.
