I called for an appointment with my stylist (name irrelevant) and was told she was going on vacation so it would be approximately 4 weeks before she could see me. I made the appointment and confirmed the date and time. When I arrived for the appointment they didn’t have me scheduled anywhere. this was a devine experience, the chair/lounge you sit on is so comfy and they play relaxing music, so relaxing and you leave with pretty toes
Saw Lindsey today for a deep tissue massage session. First time with her and first time at Bella. WONDERFUL experience from beginning to end! Lindsey sure knows what she's doing! I'll definitely be back soon!
Overpriced. I got a PARTIAL highlight and a TRIM and was charged $160! Ridiculous.
I tried to use a gift card that had just expired in January. I did not realize their gift cards expired. Beware! They do. I recommend going elsewhere when you can use your gift card whenever you want. I had lost my card and I as very disappointed when they would not let me use it.
Apparently need to improve o making appts through email.
A wonderful salon. Bianca makes a cut/color experience feel like a visit to the spa. It’s a warm, calm, and relaxing environment. Everyone is friendly and helpful but I specifically recommend Bianca for hair/nail services.
