Made the mistake of ordering online for delivery. You are forced to select 3 toppings for a 'make your own' pizza. We chose onions and politely requested to put only on half and to be lightly baked (we included the word "please" in our request). We got a burnt pizza, edges were black, and it resembled more of a burnt cracker. The most appalling customer service I've ever experienced is what they wrote on the tiny pizza box, "A note we do not do 1/2 & 1/2 pizzas". How about a courtesy call informing the customer?
