Tucked away in South Tampa, Bella's sports attractive paintings on tiles, and the ambience is snug and cozily romantic. Candles glitter, but there's no formality at this spot that turns out such temptations as Pollo Milano, Confetti Spaghetti and Bella Luna—half. Paninis and sandwiches are equally tempting! And finish this wholesome delicious meal with their lip-smacking desserts like the Tiramisu and Chocolate Toffee Tort!

They have great food and a very good wait staff. Their prices are reasonable, along with a good menu selection. I don’t live in Tampa, but try to eat there when I visit.
The service was poor; slow, inattentive and the server neglected to bring us a dish we ordered. My food was barely warm and never got a refill on my water. Will not be returning there.

I went to Bella's Italian Cafe for the first time in 2002. Whenever I come to Tampa now, I usually have one requirement, we must go to Bella's for dinner. It is by far my favorite resturant in Tampa and my favorite Italian restaurant ever (even ones in Italy didn't compare to me). I think everyone should go when they are in Tampa.
The chef special (ravioli with apricots) was TO DIE FOR!! Put this on the menu year round PLEASE
I've been going to Bella's for the past 20 years and the food is consistently the best ever! The service is hit or miss. Yesterday our service was... indifferent. Empty glasses for longer than is acceptable. Waitress was friendly but not very attentive. The food as always was spectacular.
Met a friend for lunch there today: first visit. Food and service were excellent. All definitely go back.
We have been enjoying this restaurant for many years! Extensive Menu, the food is always great & their servers are always pleasant. We have Never been disappointed! This year, we took our entire Salon Mikel’s there and Andrian took good care of Us! If you like to hear your dining companions voice, you can hear each other talk! Thank You Manager Michelle Rice for all you & the owners bring to the restaurant experience in S. Tampa!
