Not helpful with Maintinence!! They are not in any rush to fix the AC when it goes out in the summer extreme heat and fixing any serious plumbing issues. The defiantly drag their feet in getting leaks/flooding and faucets fixed.
I am so thankful for Bella Real Estate, especially Karen Rogers. She is always so helpful when I call and very professional. I have had all good experiences when dealing with all the staff at Bella Real Estate. Once my air conditioner quit working in the middle of August on a Friday evening. Bart was quick to find someone to fix the unit with an hour. Thanks Bella Real Estate!
