Services went down from the few times I’ve been here. It seems like when the owner is not there people do as they please in this shop. When I call and ask for the owner they lie and say she’s there when she’s not. She’s the only one I let do my nails to be honest. I don’t like rude/unprofessional environments!

The nail salon is not sanitary I was recently there got a pedicure. The woman that was doing my pedicure took two bottles that was leaning on the side which were the calluses bottle and the soap scrub bottle and she took the bottle and dip the bottle inside my pedicure water to clean the bottle and then proceeded to tell me to put my feet back into the water I was mortified. 😒😔😩

This is my usual spot. But don’t say you can do marble and then do bullshit swirly lines on my nail on top of a white dried base . Cus no and then get mad cus I’m now indecisive of what I wanted. Take some advice: stop trying to rush the client you had siting for an hour in a half because you didn’t have nobody for her feet. Anddd the shop ain’t closed for another hour. Btw: feet came out great!.
