Called and asked if they accepted my insurance. They confirmed. I had to provide pictures of our medical card, answer lots of questions, provide our SSN and credit card info! Then they emailed me they would not accept my insurance! I just saw in a review that they charge the credit card, so we are not comfortable with this. I was seen for medication management and then therapy on the same day and they failed to inform me that I would have to pay out of pocket for med management if I had 2 appointments on the same day. If I knew that was even a slight possibility I would have changed days. So now Im out $222 because they didnt tell me I would have to pay out of pocket if I had 2 appointments on the same day.
I had a great first session with Nora. She made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and sincerely listened. Looking forward to the next visit and having her help me improve my mental health.
