OK - SO I WROTE A TRUE, BUT AWFUL REVIEW OF THIS PLACE - SEEMS THEY REMOVED MY REVIEW FROM THE WEBSITE (SHOCKING!!!). I COMPLAINED ABOUT EVERY PART OF COOL SCULPT - IT REALLY HURTS GETTING IT DONE (AND I AM A PERSON WHO CAN TAKE A LOT OF PAIN) IT HURT SO BAD FOR THE NEXT 3 DAYS, I GOT A FEVER (AND THE 'UNUSUAL SIDE EFFECT') ,I CALLED THE NURSE ON CALL - SHE CALLED ME OVER A DAY LATER - SAID SHE DIDN'T GET THE MESSAGE (FUNNY - IT WAS SUPERBOWL SUNDAY - LEFT THE MESSAGE AT 9AM SUNDAY - GOT A CALL ON MONDAY). Went for cool sculpturing and it's bs. After 4 days I had no pain and was worry if the procedure was done correctly. When they call to check up on me I explain this and they said not everyone gets pain. So 16 weeks later and no difference. The before and after pictures looked the same. I spent a lot of money for this and was quite upset so I ask if they could try the procedure again. They said they had to get a manager to call me. Went twice, totaling over $4,000. Asked repeatedly don't fill in lips if your going to give me a duck bill- Kris (tech) said I would need more to achieve look ...$$$$$$ -Horrified, I looked worse than Meg Ryan so I got an injection to take it away, which made the worst of it gone but even though I pleaded 'don't do it if Im going to look like a duck'- still NO refund was offered!!! I had Cool Sculpting in 2 areas. I was told I would lose 25 percent. I went in for my follow up and they took pictures. The e mail I received said they saw a "small loss" and someone would contact me for a follow up. Well it's been 3 weeks and no one has made an effort to contact me. What a waste of $2,000! I would not recommend wasting your money here.
