I have been here since the summer if 2014 and I love everything about it. After being a home owner all my life moving here has made me so happy - stress free. Management takes care of everything in a very timely manner. I like everyone in the office they are all so nice and friendly. I have asked for a 10 year lease because I never want to leave
Bella has been my home since 2010. My lease is up June 2016 and will definitely be moving. I've had scorpions, spiders, and a 4 foot snake at my front door. Scared me but not my little dog. Lol Since around April of this year, there has been a weed smell coming in my apartment. I've contacted the office, police, and security guard. They offered for me to move with a $200 rent increase and a transfer fee. I cannot afford it. So I called corporate and left two messages. No response since.
