I lived here for two years. The first year I had no issue. After management kept changing it got worse and worse and worse. The front end people are VERY nice but management is not the same. My biggest issue is that the apartment claims they spray for pest control on a monthly or quartet basis but I have NEVER have had anyone spray my house for pests. (Even at my old apartment) When I needed help with a flea situation (EVEN THOUGH I PAY MONTHLY FOR PEST CONTROL) the apartment still made it clear that they had to charge an ad... read more
RecommendedWe really enjoyed our stay here at Bella Madera. Good apartments, good pool, good gym, and maintenance is always responding quickly. I also appreciate Daymond in the front office specifically for his great customer service.

This place is gross don’t waste your time. The walkways are littered with garbage and could use a power washing not to mention all the stray cats everywhere plus the scorpion issue and parking issue.
I moved in to the apartments a little over a year ago. I can say that I have never had a better place to call home. The staff are all so friendly and are always helpful with what ever problem I may have. The maintenance is done within a day of placing an order. The pool, gym, office are always so kept up and clean. I would definitely recommend this wonderful apartment complex to anyone. Which I have done multiple times already. That won’t change any time soon. Thank you so much!
The staff are friendly, that’s a plus. Their phones randomly don’t work, their courtesy officer program is useless, and I’ve called the police and office several times because one neighbor is doing drugs and my apartment reeks of it. Let’s not mention their unwillingness to address that last issue. Ready to be moving out.
Someone that came from Oklahoma 5 years ago and lived here for 4 and a half. This apartment complex has everything people want. From the staff to its pool area its nothing but the best with the amenities. Recently for their tents they did a waffle bar for breakfast. They will host a cookout every year and a social pool party. I was visiting a resident at Bella Madera last night. I parked my car and less than an hour later I came out and it was gone. I called the police thinking that my car had been stolen. Turns out it had been towed by the Bella Madera's Towing Company (Texas Impound Services). I had been away from my car not even an hour.
