this place was great when we first moved in but slowly has taken a turn for the worst. the gate to leave the complex is always broken so anyone can get in. maintenance is ok. lots of kids runing around all the time, theres no parking at night, the place has gotten really ghetto and is lousy with questionable characters. the view of the lake and amneties are nice and the apartments themselves arent bad for what it is. but in all seriousness its gotten super hood its like a snoop dogg block party all the time, nothing in the a... read more

I agree with Carlos Rios. I have been living here for over 2 years and things are just getting worst. I loved the peace and quiet that surrounded the right side of the complex, but most of the new tenants coming in are rude and nasty, leaving trash all over the grass and parking lot, loud music all day long on the weekends and don't care about anyone else. Been here for 3 years. It's a great place to live and the lake view is priceless.
I love it I was from poincina and I love it but nothing like Bella we got camara.we got gats And beautiful family that I live in here I should know I'm the maintenance supervisor and and I love this property everybody's good and managers good the workers are good the people are good and its real real nice we like family
Cant wait to move here the mangement is amazing here very affordable and close to everything i love it!!!
