I absolutely love this salon. I got my hair done at this salon back in 2010 for prom, then went back recently to have my hair bought back to life. This company has come so far and its amazing witnessing their growth and progress. They make you feel so welcomed and at home. The vibe and the decor is all trendy and peaceful. I have been a client for years and because of my work schedule I have been cared for by almost all the stylists. They do an amazing job putting their client first. They are professional, accomodating and friendly. When you are in their chair you are first and foremost. They are a very talented, grounded and well educated.
I've been loyal to Bella Salon since moving to Jacksonville in 2014. I highly recommend Jodi for cut and color. I really wish I could pack her up and take her to California with me. She's absolutely the best!
Was scheduled for a perm. I have had a perm before (4+ times) and knew exactly what I wanted. After waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation and no apologies, my stylist, Kaitlyn, pressured me into a braided perm instead of rod. I questioned her multiple times asking if it would be curly enough and she reassured me every time, stating this is what they do now. The braided perm has been popular and many have enjoyed it.. if it wasn't the exact result you were looking for, we would be happy to redo for you with tighter rods as many different textures can take perms differently. Dana is THE best!! She is so talented and always leaves my hair looking gorgeous! She has a knack for knowing what color and style goes best with my look and personality while still giving me exactly what I want! I also love the atmosphere at Bella Salon....especially mimosa Saturday's!
