Melanie got me in last second and I turned up crying because another salon in Jacksonville ruined my hair! Within a couple of hours she fixed my hair and had me smiling again, everyone was really polite and professional, best salon experience in town by a mile.
I have been coming here for almost 8 years. Yesterday was my last appointment before we move. My husband also comes here to see Anthony. I started with Sydney, then she moved. Then Bani did my hair until she also moved. I have been with Rachel since. I loved each hairstylist at this salon. They are all first class and honestly do some of the best coloring I have seen in the area. Rachel is so talented and I have enjoyed the last couple of years with her. You won’t make a mistake trusting this salon with your hair.
So happy I found this salon! Melanie is AMAZING! I had a cut and color with her and my hair turned out great! Love the way she cut my hair and it’s growing already! Today, I took my 6 year old for cut and once again, Melanie out did herself! She went above and beyond so make my daughter feel comfortable and spoiled! She is super super sweet and explained every process to her. She even told Melanie she gives her 5 stars! Lol. She left her loving her new hair and feeling beautiful!!
I got just a trim today, nothing fancy. I feel like a million dollars! Gabby did an amazing job and made my hair beautiful. I will be a faithful customer and will be recommending Gabby to everyone. Can’t wait to go back in for a color and another cut
