Extremely unprofessional owner! Many of the staff and parents from the daycare next door visit Bella Grace Day Spa for various services yet she thinks the best way to handle a situation is to park so close to someone’s vehicle they can’t get their kids out! Meanwhile their parking lot is empty because they don’t have any clients this early in the morning. They will not get another dime from me to support her business!
This morning I was dropping my kids off at daycare and the owner of Bella Grace started cursing a woman in the parking lot because of the way she parked, while she was trying to get her kids out for daycare as well. Very unprofessional
Now that I've read 2...yes TWO bad reviews from people that don't even frequent Bella Grace or personally know the ownerS, I must write my own review! This is the best place! ALWAYS friendly, professional, AMAZING work!!! I could say many other flattering things but I say them to the FACES of the professionals that take care of me at the wonderful Bella Grace Day Spa! Robin, Patti, Emily & Angie: I LOVE YOU! Here's to many more years of awesomeness!!!!
