S was super nice, and the flowers were so beautiful
Superb experience! Perfect fresh flowers, kind helpful people, speedy efficient communication and they even made sure that the delivery went flawlessly by finding the person's work address without being asked. 11/10 experience will use them again!
Great communication with owner. Was able to let me know when the flowers were delivered. Even with now one being home they made sure that it was the correct address by sending pictures which was much appreciated.
Sarina Chauhan of Bella Fiore Custom Flora Designs is a gem. She is an experienced florist and has excellent instincts. Sarina crafted the flower arrangements for my wedding and did a wonderful job. Everyone at the wedding said they loved the flowers. Sarina matched the flowers to my wedding theme down a T in just a few emails and one in person visit. Bella Fiore Custom Designs is worth every penny.
I called Bella Fiore to order some flowers for my husband for our anniversary. I was away at the time. I guess Sarina heard the disappointment in my voice when she told me the flowers would be delivered the next day (Mon) as they aren't open on Sunday. Sarina took it upon herself to see that a beautiful arrangement would be delivered that very day! He was truly surprised, as he had forgotten it was our anniversary. Thank you Sarina. You went above an beyond!
