I came in asking for rose gold hair with a reference photo in hand. Next thing I knew my hair was a pinkish-orange color that was far off from what I asked for. They said my hair would fade into the color that I asked for and I took their word for it. Once I washed my hair and let the color fade, my hair was even more orange. I was very unhappy with the color and had to spend time and money trying to fix it myself.
