The employees I dealt with were nice and professional, so I want to make that clear. Unfortunately, the condition of my storage unit and my belongings was extremely concerning and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. When I opened my unit, I was shocked by what I found. Very affordable great staff!
About a week ago I went there with my wife, and a girl named Candi treated us badly. At first she acts nice, but then she starts insulting people. No one has ever insulted me or spoken to me like that before. I even think they may be racist toward Black people like me.
