I am astonished at any review above a one star. I was just advised today, January 14, 2025, by one of the employees that, due to their construction plans, everyone with a unit on the 2nd & 3rd floors will have to move all of their belongings out of their units. The representative on site advised me that they were just told this by management. The representative on site was unable to tell me what this time frame consisted of. I thought this was going to be a decent experience at a storage facility because they gave me a decent intro rate. Lo and behold they crept the price up twice. Mind you, this isn’t a traditional storage facility but a revamped school. So you had to navigate tight walkways and an elevator that may or may not work if you can get someone from the office. The worst part was when I just closed my account they charged me a full months rent for a unit that was empty already. By rights they shouldn’t be allowed to rent it until next... read more

I love this place the price the location is kinda far but it’s convenient clean and safe and the young man that’s always working and there is a true blessing to the place very nice respectful and he ask are you ok or if you need anything very nice ask how my day going and everything if you need a good place to protect your property and it’s not too costly this the place thank you again storage post
