Very concerned about her patients health and well being in and out of her office. I Love Dr. Bell! She is the sweetest!
Very unprofessional, Dr. Bell, does not return calls. Does not present results of tests in a timely fashion. I had a 72-hour monitoring test done on October 26, 2020, have not received results as of today. My insurance was billed $17,000.00 for this test. It is inconceivable that I have not gotten the results, etc. I would not recommend her. I will also inform the referring physician of my opinion and experience. Dr Bell is extremely compassionate and thorough in her evaluations. Wonderful bedside manner and it is clear she cares about her patients. Her office staff is absolutely fantastic! From the receptionists to the triage assistants to the nurses, I have never encountered such a gracious group of health care professionals. They smile, are helpful, and didn’t make me feel rushed even when I was the last patient of their very long day. Thank you so much!
