I have been looking for over 2years for a good Neurologist and I am happy to say that I went to Dr. Rosa Bell and I am very pleased with with the whole process,all my Questions answered and leaving knowing that I am finally going to get help. If you need a great neurologist I highly recommend this one
Don’t waste your time or money. Horrible follow up, cancels appointments, doesn’t return calls. Interested in billing insurance for unnecessary tests. Go else where.
Would not recommend. Had a 1:00 pm telehealth appointment scheduled. Called at 8:30 am for patient history. Not once was that mentioned. I logged into the telehealth system at 12:55, was told that the Dr. would be calling me by phone and that I needed to log off and wait. At 2:55 pm I received a message that the Dr. would be calling me within an hour. The Dr. finally attempted a call at 5:55 pm. If this is the first impression, I cannot imagine what a long term patient must feel like.
My experience was very good with Dr. Bell. I loved the caring attitude she carried and showed me throughout my visit.
I have been a patient for 5 years. I have had numerous appts canceled and rescheduled wo my knowledge or a call to see when would be best for me. I can’t ever get anyone on the phone other than a lady that answer, not speaking English well at all, who takes my information down just to “have someone call me back” and then never call back. My pharmacy and I have called several times the past week to refill my migraine prevention medication, only to have NO ONE call me back or call in the rx. I met my appointment on the day I was assigned. The appointment was scheduled for 2:00 pm. I was there on time. Only one other patient in waiting room at that time. Several other patients entered, took a seat and one by one they were called in to be seen. I was still sitting there around four o’clock. All other patients had been seen and were now gone. I had a great experience with Dr. Bell and her staff today , I was treated very well . Priceless !
My experience at Dr. Bell’s office was exceptional! Once I entered the office, I knew I was in the right place. I felt welcomed and the staff was very professional throughout my visit. Dr. Bell did a phenomenal job in performing several different tests on me. She was very understanding, and caring. My appointment was not rushed as Dr. Bell took her time in explaining and answering any and all questions that I had. I highly recommend her practice to you!
Getting an appointment for a test was easy, but trying to get test results was ridiculous. It has been 5months and I still haven't recieved my test results. I would not recommend Dr. Rosa Bell.
