Edit 9/22/2026 - I have still not heard from a single person at Bell Lancaster. I have called and emailed multiple times. They removed the balance owed from my account on RentCafe, but still turned something over to collections. I wish I could give Bell Lancaster Apartments zero stars. My three years there were an absolute nightmare from the moment I moved in. Management was a revolving door, with at least five different property managers during my tenancy. Calls were routinely ignored, emails went unanswered, and the office was frequently empty during its own posted business hours. Getting a response to a basic question felt impossible. We repeatedly reported a leak and suspected black mold, but management failed to properly address the problem. ... read more

When you move out, expect to be charged for pre-existing stains and property damage that you documented in your move in paperwork. Be ready to pay outrageous fees for floor scratches (caused by maintenance when AC went out) and little things light bulbs ($5 each). Expect bulletholes to remain in your ceiling for MONTHS after notifying the front office that some thug outside shot a gun into your unit. That hole was never patched.
