Should have went with a Pratt home! We had a 30 year old house in Athens, TN that was built a heckuva lot better than this new home we purchased and moved into off Hunter Road in Ooltewah. It appears that speed took precedence over quality! The deck, specifically, had warped boards and nails sticking up that weren’t hammered in; the interior doors were misaligned, the hardwood floors in the kitchen had large gouges in them, the windows were not closing properly, the appliances kept tripping the breaker….and the list goes on.... read more
Regret! They are all about money! No care in the world! Purchased new home few yearsago....regret it. Wish I could go back....but many broken promises during the warranty period. Had one site manager...he left ...new one came on board let's just say....he didn't care about those issues that was left on us.....let me post pictures. The pictures are from our first few days within our new home. Few things got fixed...but boooyy there's a lot more that didn't. Still the same until this very day.
